Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail
You are part of our Security organization whose ultimate goal is to make sure that our customers are safe shopping with us. We protect our servers, our employee’s devices, make sure the data is processed in a DSGO compliant way and help to establish ways of developing safe software in a “you build it, you run it” environment. We want to create a symbiosis of security and modern ways to build and operate software while still being compliant with external requirements.
- You take ownership for the further development of our company-wide information security management system (ISMS)
- You prepare and coordinate internal & external audits and the tracking of correctives and corrective actions
- You use your technical knowledge and experience to create security concepts and develop appropriate security measures
- You develop and implement technical as well as organizational security processes and controls and optimize them for the company standards of real.digital
- You use your technical knowledge and experience to create security concepts and develop appropriate security measures
- You advise our business units in day-to-day business, implementing and adhering to our policies and standards, as well as current best practices in information security (incl. training activities)
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
- You have a doer and team-player mentality, a strong sense of ownership and project-management skills
- You have previous working experience in the field of information security and information security risk assessment as well as in dealing with compliance aspects (creating policies and processes, evaluating risks) or IT-Audits
- You ideally possess knowledge of information security and standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 270xx) and prudential requirements for IT (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT)
- You ideally understand how modern product teams work - or have even worked in one before
- You have the drive to continuously develop both yourself and your colleagues further in order to become a little bit better every day
- You are able to come up with creative solutions quickly and improve them over time following the 80/20 principle
- You have excellent communication skills, are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, english-speaking team
- Business fluent (C1) German language skills are essential
