Join the European Professional Services team
Our primary objective is to manage and advise our customers on master data management solutions. A diverse team of project managers, solution consultants, solution architects and technical profiles, we work from qualification of requirements all the way through the delivery and implementation of software related to our Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP).

Develop and deliver a value-adding, customer-centric experience
Working with medium to large organizations, you will be representing Stibo Systems in a consultancy role, managing customer implementation projects and liaising with subject matter experts and partners at all organizational levels.
Your aim will be to ensure a cohesive and structured analysis of customer requirements and definition of MDM/PIM solutions. Specifically, you will:
- Ensure that the quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards and within scope and budget
- Design and implement business solutions that bring added value to the customer
- Perform problem analysis and resolution activities
- Actively participate in and contribute to customer project meetings
- Travel 80-100 days per year within Europe (post-COVID) in connection to projects
Solid experience with implementation of MDM or ERP solutions

Also, you have strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to command and attract attention. Furthermore, you:
- Have several years of experience in defining and implementing MDM or ERP solutions, ideally within an international organization
- Have experience from the software industry – preferably within master data management and/or information management
- Have advanced skills in one or more of the following areas: e-commerce solutions, retail IT solutions, Product Information Management (PIM), CRM and/or BI technologies
- May have previously worked with partners/IT system integrators
- Are fluent in German and English – additional languages are beneficial
