Our primary objective is to manage and advise our customers on master data management solutions. A diverse team of project managers, solution consultants, solution architects and technical consultants, we work from qualification of requirements all the way through the delivery and implementation of Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP).

Develop and deliver a value-adding, customer-centric experience
As a solution architect in Professional Services EMEA, your primary objective is to manage and advise on business and technical level from qualification of requirements all the way through the successful delivery and implementation of Stibo Systems’ Master Data Management solution (STEP).
The technical solutions and advisory services are often accompanied by the delivery of implementation services via partners. You will be working with medium to large organizations at all organizational levels and internally with sales support functions. You will support sales on both new sales and on existing customers. Typically, you will work on one implementation project in a delivery role and guide and advice on other assignments.
Key responsibilities
- You will assume responsibility for architecture oversight and technical leadership over the course of implementation and delivery projects.
- You will provide solution architect advisory services to in-flight EMEA projects, prospective client engagements, and continuously grow business relationship with existing customers.
- You will ensure quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards within scope and budget.
- You will liaise throughout project lifecycle with relevant project stakeholders to define final solution design.
- You will provide architectural and technical input for definition, estimation and delivery of projects.
- You will facilitate analysis and design workshops.
- You will write, review, and approve technical specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements, overall company policy and architectural standards.
- Travel 60-80 days per year within Europe (post-COVID) in connection to projects
Solid experience with implementation of business software solutions

- Solution architect consultancy experience
- Proven and advanced skills in one of more of the following areas: e-commerce solutions, Retail IT solutions, Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), ERP, CRM.
- Proven experience working with Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures (SOA / EDA), JMS messaging, SOAP and REST-full services.
- Experience working with IT System Integrators.
- You are customer focused and always driven by adding value to the stakeholder experience.
- You have a positive attitude and pro-active approach focused on options and opportunities.
- Team player, who will ensure Stibo succeeds, no matter what
- Fluent in German and English – additional languages are beneficial
