However, worries emerged among European consumers who started to ask questions about the security of e-commerce and the trustworthiness of mostly unknown online retailers. For the Trusted Shops founders, who were simply enthusiastic about the many online shops that had started cropping up, one thing was clear: Europe needed a trust brand that could guarantee consumers a safe shopping experience and step in to protect them from financial losses. This brand would not serve large players only. Instead, it would support small and medium enterprises in proving their trustworthiness. This was the only way to guarantee equal opportunities to online retailers and true freedom of choice to consumers.
Job description
You – as a Project Manager in Solution Design - manage the solution design, development, implementation, testing, and support of custom solutions using the eTrusted Experience Feedback platform. You have a firm foundation of the product portfolio. You carry the ownership of solutions in terms of quality and delivery as per the expectations set with the customer.
You enjoy solving difficult business problems with an elegant technical SAAS solution, breaking technical complexity down and communicate them in simple terms. You combine project management skills with an agile mindset in an agile environment. You work closely with Engineering team, Product Management, UX and Architecture to create an industry-leading product experience. This includes a deep passion for thinking end-to-end across a diverse set of customer journey touchpoints, disciplines and systems.
- You communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and propose solutions
- You support as well Sales as Customer Success members in drafting feature requests from customers and prospects before presenting them to the internal product teams
- You manage the solution design backlog and prioritize the items in order to deliver the maximum outcome. You ensure that the product backlog is transparent, visible and understood by the development team.
- You collaborate with Software Engineers to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures.
- You monitor how the development team works and you make sure that the team delivers the expected outcomes from the stories they worked upon.
- You perform system configuration, functional testing and integration testing
- Strongly pronounced customer centricity combined with high affinity towards technology, solution design and data.
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills - written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal.
- Distinct problem identification abilities, root cause, and corrective action to drive resolution
- Ability to influence change as well as manage rapidly changing technological and business environments
- Demonstrated passion for being the interface between the customer, business unit and development teams
